Job Title Mural decoration / painting for wall in a cafe

Detailed description of the works I am designing and managing the internal design of a cafe in North County Dublin. I am looking for someone to propose a mural painting / decoration for an internal concrete wall approx 6m wide by 4m height. We want some of the concrete to stay visible. We want the decoration / painting to be permanent and to animate the wall but not to cover the totality of it. We want it to play with the concrete texture to stay pre-dominant.
